Discover, Explore and Develop employability programmes are fully-funded, meaning there is no cost to those who are unemployed. Which type of course would best suit you would depend on the level of skill, qualification awarded and length of course that you require to get you confidently back into employment. These courses are delivered by 3 types of delivery mode: Distance Learning, Online, and Face-to-Face.

Our Discover Programmes have been designed to give you a taste of what working in a particular sector could be like, and provide you with important employability skills like CV writing and interview skills.
Our Explore programmes are designed to put you on the first step of the career ladder, choosing a programme that fits with your career goals to provide you with the core skills to progress.
Our Develop programmes are designed to support those who are looking to deepen their knowledge and make the next steps within their chosen career.
We offer a number of courses aimed at improving the essential basic skills for adult learners. Our English and maths classes are free and available throughout the week at different times and locations. Classes are made up of like-minded adults in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. Our ESOL (English as a Second or Other Language) classes are designed for those living in the UK but whose first language is not English but would like to improve their English Language skills for work, study or everyday life.
