Level 1 Award in Retail Knowledge

This qualification aims to provide learners with knowledge of:

- Occupations in the retail sector
- Customer service in the retail sector
- Health and Safety
- Stock control, handling and replenishment
- Sales

Into employment within the retail industry or progression onto further relevant courses.

No previous qualifications are required as this course is designed for anyone who may want to gain employment for the retail industry.

Up To and Including Level 2 Funding

This course is fully funded, free, for learners who are aged 19 and above and earn below £25,000, or below £30,491 and live in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority area.
