This course is a level 1 programme designed for those who are looking to understand Mental Health and Stress awareness. They will develop the skills needed to understand the terminology and what to look for and be aware of.

Learners can progress onto further employability 1-week courses across E3, L1 and L2 programme in a number of different subject areas. For those that wish to study further learners can also progress onto online, full time and part time courses within the wider college.
You need to be aged 19+. This course has no cost to those in receipt of unemployment benefits or on a low wage income.
Full guidance and support are available throughout the 5-day programme from both your trainer & the CRC Hub, available both on campus and online.
Up To and Including Level 2 Funding
This course is fully funded, free, for learners who are aged 19 and above and earn below £25,000, or below £30,491 and live in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority area.
