We are looking forward to welcoming you to college in September. Now’s the time to complete your enrolment and get set for the start of term. We are here to help you at any step of the process.
If you are 16 + and have applied for a full-time study programme, if you have an offer, you will receive your enrolment link to enrol online in the days after the 12th August. If you do not yet have an offer our admissions team will be in contact shortly for your guidance call.
Returning for your second year? You are already enrolled and will receive confirmation details by the 20th August.
If you have applied for a course you will receive your enrolment link in the days after the 12th August for you to enrol online.
There’s still time to apply and enrol for September 2021.
If you have already applied to the college, you should have received details about enrolment and will receive your link to enrol online through your Prospect Account in the days from 12th August.
What you will need to complete your enrolment:
> Proof of qualifications
> A recent passport photo for your ID badge
> Benefit/household income documents if you are applying for fee concessions and/or financial support
> Payment/bank details if you will be making a payment or paying by instalments
> National Insurance number if you are over 19
> Purchase order confirmation if your employer is paying fees
> If you are an asylum seeker, refugee or have a study Visa or any other Visa type covering your time in the UK, you will need to share it with the college.

To review your CRC application progress and manage your enrolment you will use your online Prospect account, which you will already have set up when you applied or, if you applied
through MyChoice@16, you will have been sent details via email.

I’ve forgotten my login details
If you have forgotten your login details then click on the “Forgot your password?” option on the Prospect login screen. You will then be prompted to enter the username or email address associated with your Prospect account, and then click the Submit button. A message will then be displayed confirming an email containing a link to reset the password will be sent to the email address associated with your Prospect account (please check your junk/spam folder in case it lands there). Click the Reset Password link in the email received and follow the on screen instructions.
I didn’t quite get the grades I need
Don’t worry, if you did not get the grades for your course, call us on 01223 418448 or drop-in to our Advice Cafes and we will talk you through your options.
