We have state-of-the-art training and production kitchens, equipped to the highest professional standard, and our own Brasserie and Restaurant, run by students and open to the public.
Our courses provide great work experience opportunities with leading catering and hospitality businesses.
In addition to the main qualification, students will gain other wider employability skills, English, Maths & IT, personal learning skills and social and community skills are highly valued by employers.
