We have state-of-the-art training and production kitchens, equipped to the highest professional standard, and our own Brasserie and Restaurant, run by students and open to the public.
Past students have gone on to win highly-coveted places at top UK hotel management training programmes and on to professional cookery and hospitality apprenticeships in leading restaurants and hotels.
In addition to studying for a qualification in Catering, Hospitality & Front of House, students will gain other wider employability skills, English, Maths & IT, personal learning skills and social and community skills are highly valued by employers.
