What are Skills Bootcamps?
Skills Bootcamps are up to 16 weeks with a range of delivery options that give you the opportunity to build specialist skills and fast-track to an interview with a local employer.
The initiative has been developed by the Government in partnership with employers, providers and local authorities, to help people develop the skills that are in demand in their local area and get a better job. They are a part of the Lifetime Skills Guarantee and Plan for Jobs strategies.
These provide free training and upskilling in skills that are in demand from employers. These bootcamps are focussed on enhancing capability in the areas of Business, Marketing, Logistics, Teaching and Construction.
Am I eligible?
You need to be 19 or over and living in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
