Time to learn a new skill for the New Year

Apprenticeships, higher education programmes, professional training and leisure courses are all on offer at Cambridge Regional College – making the New Year the time to look at a new skill.

The college has a wide range of courses for adult learners, offering students of all the ages the opportunity to learn in its industry-standard workshops, salons and classrooms used by full-time students.

They can help enhance career prospects, update technical qualifications or simply inspire a new hobby – leisure courses are wide ranging and include the creative, such as photography and pottery, as well as the practical, including basic DIY. 

The college works with top awarding bodies such as AAT, CACHE, City & Guilds and CIPD to deliver a range of professional business and management qualifications, all taught by industry experts and in fields including accountancy and gas safety. 

For maths and English, there is a range of friendly and free-of-charge courses available, taught by experienced tutors, designed to help students learn at their own pace.
