CRC students recognised at the 2026 Arbury Carnival Poster Exhibition

Over 70 music‑legend‑themed designs created by local school and college students were unveiled at the 2026 Arbury Carnival Poster Exhibition, hosted in March at Cambridge Regional College (CRC). Entrants, families and guests joined the Arbury Carnival Organising Committee to celebrate the creativity of young artists from across the community, and to select the winning design that will promote this year’s event.

Shruti Saha from North Cambridge Academy was announced as the winner of the Arbury Carnival 2026 Poster Exhibition, with her design chosen as the official poster for this year’s Carnival, taking place on Saturday 13th June 2026. Shruti received her award from Councillor Jenny Gawthrope Wood at the exhibition.

Visitors were able to browse an impressive display of more than 70 posters submitted by students from North Cambridge Academy, Chesterton Community College and Cambridge Regional College. As well as selecting the official Carnival poster, the Committee presented awards for Best Poster and Highly Commended entries from each participating school and college.
