CRC’s Catering, Hospitality and Culinary Arts team has an impressive record of award wins and national recognition and will be in attendance with fellow finalists at the Public Sector Catering Awards ceremony at the Hilton London Metropole in April for the unveiling of the winners.

The college trains Cambridgeshire’s catering and hospitality workforce and future talent through Professional Cookery and Hospitality courses and apprenticeships at a range of levels at its Cambridge campus.

Students learn in state-of-the-art training and production kitchens, equipped to the highest professional standard, and CRC’s Restaurant and Café at the Park, Cambridge, which is run by students and provides fantastic quality and value food for the public.

Local and national employers the college works with include Sodexo, Compass Group, private gastro pubs, Cambscuisine, and University of Cambridge colleges: King’s College, Trinity College, Sidney Sussex, and Newnham College.

Students enjoy Masterclasses from industry experts including butchers and fishmongers, guest chefs and hoteliers, and the chance to compete in regional and national competitions including Passion to Inspire and Country Range Student Chef Final.

In our Catering, Hospitality and Culinary Arts courses we strive to create professional learning environments that reflect current industry standards and needs.”

Cambridge Regional College is a finalist in the Catering College Award category together with John Holden – South Cheshire College, North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College, and University College Birmingham.
