Cambridge Regional College (CRC) is celebrating another year of outstanding student success this Level 3 Results Day, as 1,285 students across its Cambridge and Huntingdon campuses receive their Pearson (BTEC), University Arts London (UAL) and T Level results.
Students achieved an impressive 95% overall pass rate, with 71% of BTEC Extended Diploma students securing high grades (Merit and Distinction). Performance was particularly strong across key technical courses:
CRC’s T Level students achieved excellent results with 100% pass rate, demonstrating the strength of the college’s technical and industry-focused pathways.
This year marks a milestone for the college as its first cohort of students complete their T Level in Construction & The Built Environment (Design, Surveying & Planning). The college welcomes support from local businesses which would be interested in hosting a student for industry placement and can be contacted via the website.
CRC students also secured places at some of the UK’s most prestigious universities this year, including Russell Group institutions such as Durham University (3rd in the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide), University of Cambridge (4th) and University of Bristol (10th). Students progressed to a range of highly competitive degree programmes, including Social and Political Sciences, Engineering, and Physical Sciences, reflecting the breadth of talent and ambition across the college.
Mark Robertson, Principal and Chief Executive of Cambridge Regional College, said:
“It is fantastic to celebrate another exceptional year of Level 3 results and to recognise the incredible dedication of our 1,285 students. These results are a true testament to their hard work, as well as the unwavering support of our brilliant staff who have guided and encouraged them throughout their journey.
“This year is particularly special for CRC as we celebrate our very first cohort graduating from the T Level in Construction & The Built Environment course, with every student achieving either a Merit or Distinction. Qualifications like T Levels give young people the hands-on experience and technical knowledge local employers are actively looking for.
“These achievements come at a vital moment for our region. With technical skills in high demand, colleges like CRC are key to driving local growth. That is why we are so proud to support our learners with the expertise they need to thrive in the workplace, in higher apprenticeships, or at university.”
Advice Cafes & Enrolment Support
To support students across the region receiving Level 3 results and GCSE results next week, CRC is hosting a series of Advice Cafes across both its Cambridge and Huntingdon campuses on weekdays from 20th to 28th August 2026. The sessions offer tailored guidance and support for students who need advice to explore their next steps, whether that is post-16 full-time study programmes, T Levels, apprenticeships and higher education options.
While drop-ins are welcomed throughout the week, advance booking is recommended to ensure dedicated time with an adviser. To book a space or view full event details, visit www.camre.ac.uk/advice-cafes or call 01223 226315.
