With the recent announcement of BTEC results, we are delighted that Business students in Huntingdon have achieved their aspirations to progress and develop further with their chosen Higher Education pathways and careers.
This years’ BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma learners have continued to shine with Jeremicko Onrubia going to Birkbeck University of London to study a BSc in Marketing and Natasha Newland going to Northampton University to study BA in Primary Education with QTS. In addition, Toby Frith has started a Trainee Graduate Management programme at Tesco.
Learners continued to follow a full timetable during lockdown, via Teams, completing set work to continue with their studies. Elaine Groombridge, Business Course Lead, said,
“I am extremely proud of the students and all of their efforts this year, they have worked hard to achieve their goals, upholding the college values and working towards obtaining their aspirational goals, I wish them all the best in their future careers”.
In addition to those that graduated this summer, the team are celebrating the achievemengts of Olivia Bail who was awarded the national Bronze Award for EDEXCEL BTEC Learner of the Year 2020. Olivia is continuing her studies with CRC for the final year of her BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business.
