The Apprentice Culinary Takeover is a unique celebration event held on 9th February 2023 at Gonville Hotel in collaboration with Cambridge Regional College to celebrate our Apprentices during The National Apprenticeship Week.
Join us for a fine dining experience inspired by the next generation of talented Commis Chef and Front of House apprentices in aid of The NSPCC, the UK’s leading children’s charity. Guests are treated to a culinary experience, tasting specially created fine dining menus by Cambridge Regional College apprentices, working alongside Gonville Hotel’s Head Chef Jamie De Cruz and his team at the 2 AA Rosette awarded Terrace Restaurant, overlooking historic Parker’s Piece in Cambridge.
