Michael Warburton, 34
Lecturer in Computer Games Development
“As a student at Cambridge Regional College, I found people with whom I could share interests and feel like I belonged. My lecturers helped me build not only my specialist skills, but also build my confidence and who I am today! I owe them a lot, and I am still friends with them now.
As a tutor, my main love is being able to show learners they can do it! I work a lot with the students to help them find what makes them tick and understand their academic ability. We are all so different at learning new information, and it is vital to find everyone’s way.”
“I absolutely enjoy my course. I didn’t know anything about creating games when I started, but already I have released a game in my first year. The tutors are really cool. After my course I plan to go to uni to do a Degree in Games Programming.”
Sam Walsh - Level 3 Games Development
“I looked around and this was the best college for radio. All the tutors are really nice and it’s a really fun, fast paced, practical course. I enjoy presenting the most.”
