About the Scheme

Our new programme, YP (Young People’s) Champions, aims to help employers who either already have or are looking to bring young people into their workforce through apprenticeship roles, trainee positions, work placements or employment.

Your YP Champion will be part of a network of Champions from other organisations to share experience and best practise, and will receive access to a suite of online CPD courses.

Funded through the Greater Cambridge Partnership, this scheme is free to employers in aid of supporting and nurturing future talent in our region.
