Facility Hire

The Park and Cambridge Regional College places the health and safety of all students, staff and visitors as our first priority.  We take government advice seriously and have therefore taken the decision to close to the public until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note – due to Covid-19 the College Facilities are currently not available for hire.

Cambridge Regional College facilities are available for hire during the day, in the evenings, at weekends and during the holidays.

Everyone is welcome to use our facilities including individuals and businesses from around the country. You may require a simple classroom for a one-off meeting or a number of days in one of our engineering workshops using our state-of-the-art specialist pieces of equipment. At Cambridge Regional College, we aim to provide you with an excellent service, with access to top of the range facilities at very competitive prices.

Our facilities are conveniently located on the Science Park Campus, minutes from the A14, and free on-site parking is provided to all customers. The campus is open Monday to Saturday and some of our repeat clients include The Open University, Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce, Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, Johnson Matthey and Xaar.

Some of the ways that we have supported the local and regional community is through hiring our facilities for networking breakfasts, bespoke training in our construction workshops, 3D printing, training events, conferences and food product design. Many of our clients have used our facilities on more than one occasion and we thrive on building long-term relationships.

In addition to our first-rate facilities, our team has a range of expertise and knowledge in the specialist areas of construction, engineering, IT, and hospitality. Regardless of the nature of your enquiry, all members of our team will aim to provide you with an outstanding level of customer service.
