Junior Job Coach

Cambridge Regional College is proud to be part of the Erasmus+ Junior on the Job Coach (JOTJC) project that will benefit apprentices, work-based learners and employers in the UK and Europe. The project is aimed at improving retention and it is designed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work-based learning and apprenticeships. The programme offers leadership opportunities to higher-level students and helps them to develop several transferrable skills relevant to the workplace.

The programme is a nine hour training programme currently run over two days. The purpose of the junior job coach role is to prepare apprentices to support their peers who are either less experienced and/or may be at risk of non-completion. This course is open to apprentices who have the ability to complete a Level 4 course.
