This evening pasta making class will teach you the art of perfect pasta, leaving you feeling confident when creating pasta from scratch at home. Explore shapes and styles, including machine rolled, hand rolled and filled varieties. Learn about the quality of key ingredients and where to purchase them. Experiment with flavoured doughs, and seasonal ingredients to create both classical and modern pasta dishes. All basic materials will be supplied throughout the course.

There are no entry requirements for this course. Non-slip closed footwear must be worn at all times in the training kitchens, with long hair tied back.
