Our Level 1 Award in Alcohol Awareness online course aims to raise awareness and provide a range of skills, knowledge and understanding surrounding alcohol misuse. It covers subjects such as unit strengths of different types of alcohol, the effects of alcohol misuse, health issues associated with alcohol, withdrawing from alcohol, and where to find help and support to stop drinking.

We require all applicants to achieve level Entry 3 in their English Initial Assessment (completed as part of application)

Please note that, once you have started this course, if you choose not to complete the course, you will be charged a £100.00 course cancellation fee. This is to cover for administration costs that the college incurs.
This online course is delivered via an online learning platform with learning resources accessed on demand.
Assessments are in the form of questions requiring varying levels of detail in response and are required to be submitted via the online platform in order to meet the qualification criteria. You will be set deadlines by your tutor for the submission of these deadlines and it is important that these are met for you to make good progress and remain on track to achieve.
Your tutor will provide feedback on your progress with assessment to support with your understanding of the qualification content.
