It can be seriously challenging to get a healthy and satisfying dinner on the table each night. This course includes a range of dishes that will help you simplify your evening routine, and serve simple and nutritious dinners without the pile of washing up. You will cook recipes that borrow from a variety of cuisines, using seasonal produce to best effect. You will learn easy ways to combine cooking methods, and to alter recipes to fit the contents of your fridge and pantry. Whether you are cooking for the family, or doing meal prep for yourself, this course will improve your confidence, speed and innovation in the kitchen. All basic materials will be supplied throughout the course.

There are no entry requirements for this course. Non-slip closed footwear must be worn at all times in the training kitchens, with long hair tied back.
