Do you not know your contour from your bronzer? Do you struggle to distinguish a concealer from a corrector? Or do you just wish you were able to confidently do your own makeup for any occasion? This short workshop will be an introduction to many of the elements of makeup hair and skincare that have advanced to such a degree over the last 20 years, it's no wonder you might feel overwhelmed with choices.

About the Course

This short workshop will be an introduction to many of the elements of makeup hair and skincare that have advanced to such a degree over the last 20 years, it's no wonder you might feel overwhelmed with choices.



You will learn about different skin types. Be able to self-analyse your skin and what it needs. You will be taught the dos and don'ts of an easy makeup application that you can achieve yourself.



This is an intense course delivered in a friendly environment that will allow you to develop skills in different techniques, learn some interesting facts & history about makeup, as well as some basic product information.

You could progress onto other Media Makeup courses at Cambridge Regional College.

Entry Requirements

There are no entry requirements for the course other than a general interest in the topic. A kit list will be sent to you upon enrolment, all kit must be purchased in advance of the course.

Assessment

You will be taught by an industry expert with over 20 yrs. experience in this area. Assessment will be continuous throughout the course and a final project will receive a critique and evaluation from your tutor and peers.
