Level 2 AAT Certificate in Bookkeeping (QCF)

This course is on Friday morning from 10am till 12noon.

The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) was established in 1980 and is sponsored by the four main accounting bodies. It seeks to meet the educational and training needs of a wide range of trainees including those employed in accounting in a variety of organisations and those aspiring to change their occupation. This course is designed for employees who have a strong level of numeracy and literacy skills.

This course is divided into 2 units

  Processing bookkeeping transactions

  Control accounts, journals and the banking system

All students will be required to become student members and register with the AAT as such.

All students will be given a reading list and book guide to purchase the course text books as these are not included in the course fees.

AAT L3 Diploma in Advance Bookkeeping

There are no formal requirements however strong literacy and numeracy skills will be required.

All assessments will normally be set by the AAT and will be delivered using computer-based technologies.
