Try your hand in the Hospitality Sector - Immerse yourself in our state of the art kitchens and learn new, highly transferable skills. On this week long course you will learn Front of house duties, food and drink service, and kitchen skills. You will gain real experience serving customers, a Level 1 qualification in Hospitality, a food hygiene certificate, and the chance to show off your skills to employers with live vacancies.
This taste of the industry will fire your passion for hospitality, you could progress onto full time culinary arts programs, or an apprenticeship.
There are no entry requirements for the course. This is suitable for beginners.
You will need to bring a white shirt black trousers, and closed, non-slip footwear. We will provide the rest of your kit.
