This is our initial workshop for working with chocolate, it's a perfect starter for any budding chocolatier or cake maker that wants to understand more about how chocolate works

Entry Requirements

No essential catering skills or qualifications required but a keen interest confectionary and working with chocolate  

Assessment

There is a combination of theory and practical, course tutor support will be available throughout the day using range of resources
