About the Course

Discover the basics of chocolate making, from working with chocolate to make simple, gorgeous ganache to how to professionally temper chocolate so you can work with it to create a whole gorgeous array of delights. Working with chocolate to prepare a variety of chocolates, small moulded, as well as decorations using classical and modern techniques.
This is our initial workshop for working with chocolate, it's a perfect starter for any budding chocolatier or cake maker that wants to understand more about how chocolate works

Entry Requirements

No essential catering skills or qualifications required but a keen interest confectionary and working with chocolate.

Assessment

There is a combination of theory and practical, course tutor support will be available throughout the day using range of resources
