The Level 5 HR Consultant Apprenticeship is designed to provide the learner with the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to achieve a Diploma/Certificate in Human Resource Management. Whilst studying for this apprenticeship learners will develop their HR expertise providing them with the knowledge they need to develop solutions to business challenges and provide support across a range of HR areas.
Working in Human resource department with a caseload and able to work independently.
English and maths GCSEs at a minimum of grade 4 (C) or equivalent.
Remember, an apprenticeship is a job so the hiring employer may have additional criteria that will have to be met alongside CRC's entry criteria.
The end point assessment takes place at the end of the apprenticeship, usually in the last 3 months. It is the final assessment phase to determine your competency.
End-Point Assessment (EPA) is made up of a number of assessment elements which an Apprentice must pass in order to successfully complete their Apprenticeship. The EPA is carried out by an independent assessment organisation and comprises of the following;
• Knowledge Test
• Portfolio-based Interview
• Project Presentation
• Professional Discussion
• Reflective Account.
Facilities, Kit & Equipment
Although Apprenticeship course fees are taken care of by the Employer, some of our Apprenticeships do require you to have a CIPD Student membership once enrolled on the course.
As with all our programmes, this Apprenticeship includes tutorial sessions and individual reviews, giving you one-to-one time with your personal assessor.
