Foundation First Aid (FFA)

The "baby" of our family of first aid courses: Foundation First Aid is a shorter course for those with limited time, or just looking for an overview of first aid. But – don't be fooled this short course will still cover a raft of situations which will help you understand how much you can achieve with just a few hours training – perhaps you might wish to "up-skill" to one of our more in-depth courses.

This course although short will still result in a certificate in foundation first aid which will be valid for three years.

There are no formal qualifications required to join thus course – just a willingness to take part and a desire to save a life.

There are no written exam questions or formal assessments to make you feel uncomfortable. We asses this course as it moves swiftly along, you will be added by our experienced and knowledgeable Instructor throughout the course.
