The Forklift training and Level 1 Award in Warehouse & Storage is for candidates working or wishing to work in a warehousing and storage facility within the logistics sector.
The course includes:

Pearsons Edexcel Level 1 Award in Warehouse and Storage.

Level 1 units: Receive Goods in a Logistics Environment, Maintain Hygiene Standards in Handling and Storing Goods in a Logistics Environment, Sort Goods and Materials for Recycling or Disposal in a Logistics Environment.

Level 2 units: Wrap and Pack Goods in Logistics Operations, Operate Equipment to Perform Work Requirements in Logistics Operations RTITB accreditation in counterbalance and reach forklift trucks.

There are no entry requirements for this course.

Assessment

Informal verbal assessment will take place during each session on a one-to-one basis. Formal assessment is through completion of a workbook, and practical observations.
