Customer Service Practitioner Standards focuses on giving learners the understanding and knowledge of the principles of excellent customer service and is aimed at those currently working in or about to start work in a job role that provides customer service.
Apprenticeships are made up of framework of qualifications and training based on testing competency and developing practical, occupational and transferable skills.

• Functional Skills in Maths Level 1/2 and English Level 1/2.
There is no upper age limit for Apprenticeships making it a course ideal for both those looking to start a career in a particular sector or those who are already employed and looking to get qualifications that recognise their experience and gives them opportunity to progress further in their career.
Suitable for a wide variety of job roles, including sales assistants, receptionists, call centre operators, customer service assistants, administration support assistants. On completion you may be able to progress onto an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
There are no formal entry requirements but you must be in a job role that supports the completion of the framework.
These qualifications are delivered entirely in the workplace. You will be assessed in the workplace using a variety of methods including observation, questioning, professional discussions, witness testimonials and candidate work products and statements.
