Cook like a Professional Chef for a Dinner Party

Have you ever wished you could cook a fuss free and impressive dinner party for your friends? Ever wondered how you can ensure you don't end up stuck in the kitchen while your guests are entertaining themselves? This course will show you how. Learn from one of our team of professional chefs the tricks of the trade that make entertaining at home easy. Try out some of these dishes, and take home recipes and planning tips and tools to help you have a relaxed time at your next party.  All basic materials will be supplied throughout the course.

There are no entry requirements for this course. Non-slip closed footwear must be worn at all times in the training kitchens, with long hair tied back.

Informal verbal assessment will take place during each session on a one-to-one or group presentation/critique basis.
