Our Training Talent courses give anyone in receipt of an unemployment benefit or on a low income the opportunity to fill their skills gap and help them retrain to get back into work or in preparation for returning to work.

Our friendly staff can offer advice and guidance on various sectors and the best routes into local employment opportunities. The courses we run are fully funded for anyone in receipt of an unemployment benefit (Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance, Employment Support Allowance & Income Support). This year we also have access to pilot funding for those on a low income (less than £15, 736.50 a year).

Our Training Talent team are committed to helping you back into work or onto a new career path and offer 3 core areas to help you do just that:

Traineeships Employability Programmes Professional Training
Our 10 week training programme that provides young people, aged between 16-24, with the skills they need to progress within education, work or an apprenticeship.
This is fully funded, intensive training and includes 5-6 weeks of work experience with a local employer.
Our Discover, Explore and Develop courses are fully or partially funded that are designed for people to build the specific skills they might need to get into work.
Choose from a range of skills including Construction, Warehousing, Digital Coding and much more!
We run a range of part-time courses to help improve skills, update technical qualifications and keep you up-to-date with the latest developments in your field. 
Boost your career prospects with courses accredited by the country’s top awarding bodies.
