A reduced timetable In the first year gives you extra time to learn, prepare and gain essential skills through shadowing and mentoring
This is a 2-year qualification programme.
To qualify you must:
Have a minimum of 3 years of industry experience and knowledge
Currently be working in the same industry, or have been within the last 18 months, as one of the industry sectors being recruited for
Not yet have a teaching qualification
Posses English and Maths qualifications to a functional skills level 2 or GCSE C / 4
Not already be working for CRC.
