Application Form Support – FAQ

I am having trouble accessing, viewing or updating the application form online.
Although the recruitment portal is accessible through a smart device, where possible we advise you use a PC or laptop for the best user experience. We also recommend the best Internet browsers to use would be Chrome, however the portal is compatible with internet explorer and Edge.
If you are still experiencing issues, please try clearing your browser history data through your browser settings/Internet options.
I am having trouble adding my employment history.
When entering salary, please ensure numeric values only are entered (do not use letters or special characters i.e. £, GB).
An error has occurred saving my personal details page.
Please check the Teacher Reference Number (TRN) only contains numeric values i.e 012345.
Please check you haven’t entered any duplicate Address types i.e. you have only added one home address. Similarly, for Contact details, please ensure you have only added one personal email address and one mobile number. Duplicate types will not allow you to save the application form.
I am unable to submit my application form.
On the summary page of the application form, please check all pages have a tick next to them. This indicates that all mandatory fields within these pages have been completed. If a page has an (!) this means there are incomplete mandatory fields. Please revisit this page and ensure all fields with a blue dot next to them have been completed. Once all pages are complete with a tick next to them, you will be able to click on the ‘Apply’ button to submit your application form.
I have forgotten my password / I need to reset my password.
Please navigate to the forgotten password tab and enter your forename, surname, email address and user name. Please note your username will be your email address. A link will be emailed to you within 15 minutes from hrqueries@camre.ac.uk to reset your password. Please also check you spam/junk folders for this email.
I am trying to register to apply for a job, but it says ‘my email address is already registered’.
Please navigate to the forgotten password tab on the portal and follow the guidance above for how to reset your password.
The system has alerted me that a serious technical error has occurred.
Please try clearing your browser history data through your browser settings/Internet options. Then try logging in again and see if this rectifies the issue.
