Work & Industry Placements

At CRC we are passionate about helping students to gain the skills they need to progress in their chosen career. Our vision is that all students will secure jobs and progress in their careers as a result of the skills, knowledge and confidence they have developed whilst studying with us.

Work & Industry Placements

We work with over 1,500 employers across the region to train and develop their people, and many offer work experience and industry placements to you. Those on vocational study programmes will have work experience as part of the course, and for some this will be a full industry placement where during term time, you will spend two days a week on placement.

This puts you steps ahead when applying for roles as you will be able to reference real-world job experience and valuable skills employers are seeking. Plus you get to sample working life in chosen professions and sectors helping you identify what suits you.
