Tracey has been part of the Public Service and Sports Faculty since 2007. Previous to joining the Faculty she was an assessor in industry. During her time with the Faculty, she has further developed her knowledge and skills by completing a number of teaching and support qualifications. These include completion of her Qualified Teacher Status, as well as qualifications for both personal and group support.
Throughout her time, Tracey has taught both Maths and ICT to students on levels 1-3 of both Sports and Uniformed Service programmes. Tracey has worked with a wide range of learners with a number of different learning barriers and/or difficulties. These include Dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Asperger’s, Mental Health Issues and learners with low self-esteem.
Working within the Sports Faculty has allowed Tracey to continue to pursue her love of outdoor activities, including canoeing. This year she hopes to add paddle boarding to her repertoire.
