An inspiring lecturer who motivates sport and public services students, with her passion for the health
benefits of physical fitness and expedition skills. As a graduate of Cambridge Regional College in 2010
she has spent the last four years successfully working within the Fitness Industry. She has worked for a range of fitness based employers as a: Personal Trainer; Class and Activity Based Instructor and a Tutor and Assessor for Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualifications. Consequently her vocational expertise is at the cutting edge, helping students to understand and attain the required skills, personal attributes and qualifications to gain employment within the industry. This is her passion to inspire learners and develop them to see how their qualifications at CRC can help them achieve their life goals. Personally she has also had a high level of fitness, competing in triathlons and expeditions across a variety of landscapes and her main aim is to help students reach their potential.
