  • “I love working around cars, getting to know everything about them and setting myself up for a career. The facilities here are brilliant. I’ve been racing since 2012 and this year I set a new lap record at Snetterton. It’s a big part of my life and I’d like to work as a mechanic in racing”

  • “The course has been really good – I enjoy the workshop practice the most. I’d like to go on to an Apprenticeship at a garage or learn more about electrical work on the full-time Level 3 course.”

We have excellent relationships with local employers and work closely with them on apprenticeships and work experience. It’s a great start to your career!

Students have also progressed on to apprenticeships with leading car manufacturer SEAT and the East of England Ambulance Service.

In addition to your main qualification, you will gain other skills within the college’s ‘Passport to Success’.
