Service Improvement Course

This service improvement course is designed for business owners, managers and team leaders in any sector who are seeking to build and develop a culture of continuous improvement in their organisation. It applies the principles of Kaizen and Lean methodologies to business processes in order to drive efficiency, remove bureaucracy, reduce frustrations as well as encouraging a problem-solving mindset amongst employees.

Course Tutor

The course is delivered by Kath Howell who has a wealth of industry experience of business strategy, process improvement and enlightened HR philosophies. She combines this experience with a deep understanding of change management focusing on how to achieve transformative change through people. Kath started life as a mechanical engineer in the manufacturing industry before catching the management bug and moving into management consultancy, working globally across private, public and financial sectors.
