Higher Education at Cambridge Regional College

Stay local and save on high tuition fees

There's never been a better time to stay local when it comes to Higher Education so if you want to avoid high tuition fees and expensive accommodation costs, then Cambridge Regional College could be the answer.

We offer an innovative teaching programme which combines College-based tuition with e-learning, giving you the opportunity to work while you study or to combine study with domestic responsibilities. It is designed for students who want to focus on their studies and live at home without worrying about accommodation. You will have access to excellent teaching in outstanding facilities; the result of a recent £23 million campus redevelopment programme and as part of your course you will work in industry or carry out practical work-based assignments, giving you the real job skills valued by employers.

All our Higher Education programmes have been carefully chosen to run as stand-alone one-year courses, giving you a fully recognised qualification at the end of each year. Our BTEC titles Higher National Certificate, Higher National Diploma and Graduate Diploma are all highly regarded in the workplace.

We offer a wide range of subjects to study, including civil engineering, journalism and health and social care and computing, so whatever your interests we hope you'll find the perfect Higher Education course at CRC but without the high fees.

The cost for a full-time year of HNC/HND study will be £3,800 in 2012/13 with a £500 cash bonus on achievement. This compares very favourably with the average teaching fee of over £8,500 for UK universities in 2012. You can apply for a student loan to help you with these fees. Click here for more info.
