Looking for some career direction?
Deciding on what career path to take for your future working life can be a scary process. Help is at hand in the form of a brand new skills event where colleges, training providers, employers and career organisations are eager to meet students and give them first hand knowledge of their industry.
Whatever career you are considering, from animal care to sports management through to engineering and fashion design, Skills Cambridgeshire will offer the opportunity to experiment with hands on activities and take part in inspiring demonstrations. Cambridge Regional College will be holding interactive stands for Travel & Tourism, as well as Construction.
As well as over 40 key organisations from across the County, experts will be on hand to give you some quality advice on a range of issues including tips on how to put together a fantastic CV.
The event is free to attend so you have nothing to lose but plenty to gain.
Skills Cambridgeshire & Peterborough takes place at Wood Green Animal Shelter, Godmanchester on 13 & 14 October from 10am until 3pm.
