Train to Gain is a new government programme that provides access to free training to help you to improve your organisation’s productivity and competitiveness by ensuring that your staff have the right skills to do the best job.
Is your organisation and your staff eligible for funding?
Train to Gain is available to companies of all sizes. For your employees to be eligible they must be over 19 and have been a resident in the UK for three years or more and have settled status.
What qualifications are available?
We offer a wide range of National Vocational Qualifications at a range of levels, all delivered in the workplace at a time to suit your staff’s working patterns.

How much does it cost?
In many cases the funding covers the full cost of the qualification, assuming the above criteria are met. At levels 3 and higher an employer’s contribution would be expected in some cases, but we will discuss this with you.
How does it work?
We provide:- free training needs analysis of your business to determine the existing and future skills your business needs
- on – site training and assessment to fit in with your staff’s working patterns, 24/7, 365 days a year
- training workshops to help underpin staff’s knowledge
- basic skills support and impartial information, advice and guidance
