Cambridge Regional College - Work Club

Work Club

Helping You Return to Work

Work Club is for anyone who is out of work and looking for employment. Our sessions are designed to help you with the skills to get back to work and are very much lead by the help you personally need.

Our Work Club will help you with all aspects of job search and application support including:

  • Creating a CV and setting up an email account
  • Creating good covering letters
  • Registering with recruitment agencies and setting jobsite alerts
  • Job search
  • Completing application forms
  • Interview preparation.

You will have access to our learning room, access to a computer and tutor on hand to assist with getting you as ready for work as possible. All you need to bring are any job adverts that you would like help with.

Occasionally, we will invite guest speakers – these sessions will be advertised in advance.

When and Where

Work Club runs every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month from 10 am to 12 pm at the King Hedges Campus. We ask learners to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the sessions.

Interested?

Just turn up! All sessions are FREE and no booking is required. Report to the main College reception on your arrival and they will direct you.
