Cambridge Regional College strives to:- develop flexible training solutions designed to meet the needs of your organisation and industry;
- accurately assess your organisation’s training needs through one of our skilled consultants;
- deliver training and development using highly trained staff in appropriate accommodation with high quality resources and facilities;
- provide you with accurate information regarding funding and delivery options;
- provide you with regular updates of employee progress and achievement.
What you can expect from us:
- We will respond to your initial enquiry within two working days
- We will contact you within 5 working days to let you know how we are progressing with your initial enquiry
- If we cannot help, we will endeavour to find an organisation that can assist
- If we have booked an appointment, we will see you on time
- We will provide accurate and timely information on our courses, training programmes and qualifications including:
- Flexible delivery options in which the course can be undertaken
- Course entry requirements
- Support services offered including any opportunities for you to access funding or reduce the cost of your training - We will check and monitor that your employee is in a safe and healthy learning environment
- We will gather and act on your feedback to improve what we do
- We will hold your information in accordance with current data protection laws
- We will promote equality and challenge discriminatory behaviour
What we expect from an employer:
- For you to provide us with as much information as possible regarding your training requirements and expectations
- For you to provide us appropriate information to identify, deliver & evaluate our training solutions
- For you to support your employees throughout the duration of their training programme, including during examination or assessment periods
- For you to let us know as soon as possible if your operational requirements change and this prevents you from releasing your employees for agreed training
- For you to have respect for others regardless of difference, opinion, culture, ability, race, nationality, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation or religion
- For you to give us feedback on the service you receive
- For you to pay course fees promptly according to the terms agreed
What we expect from an employee:
- For you to make a positive commitment to the training and the achievement of their learning programme
- For you to be punctual or to notify us of any intended absence in good time
- For you to complete and submit work and assignments within agreed timescales
- For you to co-operate with teaching, assessing and support staff
- For you to have respect for others regardless of difference, opinion, culture, ability, race, nationality, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation or religion
- For you to tell us of any concerns they have which may affect their learning in order that we can offer appropriate support
- For you to participate in evaluation of the learning that they have undertaken
Compliments, comments and complaints –
We are keen to receive feedback from you about the service you provide. We would like you to feel free to pass any compliments and comments through your dedicated staff contact. Likewise, if you feel the need to complain about our service then please, in the first instance, speak to your staff contact. If we fail to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, the College has a formal complaints procedure.
