ITQ for Employers
ITQ is the new business qualification for IT Users. It demonstrates staff competence in the use of Technology in the workplace and is offered at Levels 1 and 2.
ITQ was developed by employers for use in the workplace and gives a full City & Guilds award on completion; it is primarily aimed at IT Users and is designed to provide you with an up-to-date IT user qualification for your workforce, tailored to the needs of business and the individual.
In addition to being able to mix-and-match traditional IT skills (such as word processing, database, spreadsheets, email etc), ITQ also recognises bespoke software. This means that if an organisation runs a proprietary program/system for managing client data, logistics, statistical and analysis, it can be incorporated into the qualification as recognition.
e-Quals for IT Users
e-Quals user qualifications are ideal if you want to get the best out of your computer. Modules include:
